Initial Meeting: Hamilton Associates will meet with you and your team when possible. Our goal is to develop an understanding of your industry, your company, business strategies and corporate culture.

Search Profile: We will assist you in developing a job description and a profile for the ideal candidate and utilize this profile throughout the search.

Research and Recruit: Potential candidates are identified through our extensive contact network, by determining and contacting targeted companies, and by conferring with associates in related fields. We may use the latest Internet technology to assist us in expanding our reach to find the most qualified candidates.

Candidate Interviews and Evaluations: We meet with each candidate whenever possible. Potential candidates are evaluated both on experience and cultural fit. We explore their career accomplishments, goals and compensation requirements.

Candidate and Client Interviews: Hamilton Associates will coordinate the final candidates meeting with the hiring authority. We can assist you in group interviews if necessary.

Executive Personality Assessments: Hiring mistakes can be one of the costliest mistakes a company can make. We utilize the best test instruments in the industry to further confirm a top candidate's qualifications and success potential. Our on-line assessments can help you “Hire and Manage Smarter”. The use of testing is at the hiring authority's discretion.

Background Checks: In-depth reference and background checks are performed on any final candidate (criminal, motor vehicle, sex offender, education etc.).

The Offer: We can assist in negotiating offers for compensation, employment contracts, relocation and other details insuring a win-win for both client and candidate.

Follow Up: We periodically follow up to ensure the candidate's integration into the organization has been successful. We understand that our future relationship depends on the success of our search services.
