Our Team
Tom Hamilton Jr. - President
Mr. Hamilton brings extensive business experience in recruiting, staffing,
sales and marketing from his leadership of The Hamilton Group of "Human
Capital" Companies. He has held a variety of sales, marketing and management
positions with the Maytag Company, United States Surgical Corporation
(Tyco International), and with software innovator Engineering Animation
Inc (EDS). With extensive experience in hiring, training, selling and
managing, Mr. Hamilton founded the Hamilton Group to help organizations
improve efficiencies by optimizing the process of finding and selecting
key employees needed to fuel growth and profitability. The Hamilton Group
consists of the retained Executive Search organization Hamilton Associates,
Specialty Agriculture recruiting firm AgRecruiter,
an on-line testing, background checking and applicant management company
SelectionResources.com
and a technology company providing HR software to manage Employee
Referral Programs,
Employment Referral Marketing. The Hamilton Group's focus is on identifying
and selecting high potential leadership individuals and reducing turnover
for our Clients. Mr. Hamilton understands recruiting in the fast paced
economy and excels in marketing to potential candidates the benefits and

Marketing and Advertising from Drake University. He is currently the Board

Hamilton is also an accomplished Triathlete.
Terry Lebo - Partner and Director of Recruiting
Mr. Lebo is a veteran of 22 years in Executive Search and candidate selection.
A graduate of Iowa State University with a major in Agriculture, he has
spent the past 20 years as a Search Professional assisting clients in
finding and selecting key employees. He spent his early business career
with Massey Ferguson in Sales, Sales Management, and Dealer Development
on a national scale. When Massey Combines Corporation (a division of Massey
Ferguson) closed in 1987, Mr. Lebo entered the recruiting field and built
a national reputation as a Recruiter for manufacturing companies of all
sizes from Fortune 500 companies to small niche market companies. After
9 years with Agra Placements Ltd, he joined the Executive Search Practice
of RSM McGladrey, the nation's seventh largest CPA firm. In this role,
Mr. Lebo managed a staff of search consultants and personally conducted
searches for executives and technical personnel. In 2001, he joined Hamilton
Associates as the Director of Recruiting and has completed many Executive
Level Searches in Insurance/Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, Agriculture,
Construction, and for Non-Profit organizations. He is President of the
Executive Board of Directors, Mid Iowa Council-Boy Scouts of America,
and very active in the community service and student scholarship committees
for Rotary International.
Thomas M. Hamilton
Mr. Hamilton is veteran of 35 years in Executive Search and Candidate
Selection. A graduate of Drake University, Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in testing and Psychology,
and has devoted his career to assisting business organizations in finding
and selecting key employees. An accredited SPHR through the Society of
Human Resource Management, he spent his early years in Human Resources
and Sales Management with US West communications. He founded and directed
Hamilton Associates, an HR/Search organization, for 17 years. In 1988,
the firm merged with McGladrey and Pullen, the nation's seventh largest
CPA firm. He co-founded SelectionResources.com, the Midwest's first Internet
Assessment and Testing company to help organizations improve their profitability
through technology and more accurate selection. His career has also been
highlighted by community service in leadership roles in Chamber of Commerce
activities, Rotary International, the YMCA and other youth rehabilitation
organizations.
Cory Garrison - Executive Search Consultant
Mr. Garrison brings 17 years of executive recruiting, sales and leadership
experience to his position as Executive Search Consultant with the Hamilton
Group. A graduate of Drake University, he has spent the last 13 years
as an Executive recruiter helping companies recruit, select and retain
top employees and leaders in a number of different industries. He started
his career working for GE Capital in Chicago. In 1996 Mr. Garrison joined
Keith Lamb and Associates, LLC as an executive recruiter in Chicago. After
much success in that role, he made the decision to move back to Des Moines
where he has spent the last several years as Managing Partner with Garrison
Organization, an executive search firm focusing on recruiting senior level
leaders in sales, marketing and distribution to the insurance industry.
Mr. Garrison now brings extensive experience in executive level leadership
recruiting to The Hamilton Group. Over the years he has completed many
executive level searches in Insurance, Banking, eLearning, Information
Technology and Sales and Marketing. Mr. Garrison is active in serving
his community through Volunteer Boards. Fraternal Organizations and Rotary
International.
